Fly Fishing Adventures was founded by Derek Manson and David Kerr to offer fishermen destination fly fishing at its best! We provide tailor-made experiences across Southern Africa and at the world's top fly fishing spots.
We also offer professional lessons for every angler, no matter your proficiency level.
Professional guiding and tuition is provided by Derek, our internationally recognised and highly experienced casting specialist, trainer and fishing guide.
Derek offers lessons in spey casting (single and double spey, snap-T and snake roll) and single-handed casting. He covers techniques such as double haul, casting in wind, how to correctly load the rod, and a host of general fly fishing techniques.
Lessons are open to all levels of angler, from beginner to advanced, and kids are welcome.
Derek and David jointly host fly fishing adventures and tours in South Africa, and at selected African and top-rated international destinations.
